I am FAIRLY sure any of the oil filter adapters on the 4-cylinder engines will swap over. If you find one off a 1.6TD or an early TDI (1Z / AHU) there will be a big port meant to supply the turbo which would be perfect for your needs, plus a couple additional ports you can use for oil pressure and even oil temperature readings if you want.The bigger oil pump certainly wouldn't hurt given you'll be taking a turbo-sized volume of oil out of the system.

I think the actual turbo oil feed is more like M12. The pressure switch is definitely M10.
