It was indeed a glow plug issue, 40A fuse was blown.. And yea, I was definitely turning the idle screw. If my fuel screw was in too far would the idle screw not do anything?

Yep, if in too far it is already injecting more fuel than the idle screw will touch.

Great, I'll back it out again to where the anti tamper collar would fit on again and see how much it helps. Thanks again, you guys are the sh*t!
