• Hi.
  My 1.9 TD fuel injection pump leaked, so i removed timing belt and injection pump, then replaced governor shaft gasket.
  Everything works fine but it makes weird sound.
  Not at first maybe first few minutes it wont make this sound.

• Sounds like metal lightly tapping metal.  Valves/pistons come to mind if the change came with the timing belt.
