FS: 1.6 TD pump for fixing/core

I got screwed by 8v-of-fury on this pump. Guaranteed to be good, but it wasn't. Doesn't seem to be building enough pressure to pop the delivery valves. I removed the solenoid, same issue, so it's not just something simple. Very clean, and who knows, it may be something simple. Jeremy aka 8v ships all his pumps with the fuel screw all the way in, but I have no way of testing this pump. Car would sputter, but not start.
