Only runs when the starter is turning. If you hold the key in the start position it runs a second or two longer. The Ross-Tech can't access the engine controller now. This happened when I was checking fuses. I was looking for fuses for the inop A/C. All fuses appear to be there and intact.
Where are the fuses for the A/C and the ECM and FI stuff. BTW it has a brake failure light on.
