redline is about 5,100-5,300 stock gov. you can hold it there forever pretty much

I would think being a turbo it would build high egt.s with the boost pegged for ever.

Anyone here with any cheap trans swaps available. Are the clutches and flywheel compatible with only certain models?

Nope, if the turbo is working the boost cools the EGT. Now with that little K14 you would probably have higher EGT at higher RPM as opposed to a bigger turbo, but these engines were built for it. They have oil jets to cool the pistons and everything. Plus the 8mm eco pump and the joke fuel pin in them won't add a ton of fuel under boost, so you shouldn't have any egt issues.

There is a large and small spline 020 trans, and some different clutch setups, but MOST all 020 trans swap well. If you have big spline trans you could use it but you would need different clutch parts

I only had enough stainless material for the down pipe so i connected to the stock exhaust for now. I plan on gathering some more material for the rest of the exhaust later.

The down pipe is the most restrictive part of the stock exhaust anyway.  Should breath a lot better for sure.
