Mk4 hub, pully set on rover pump info

Well with current tdi m caddy project, a mk4 style hub and pully was used...

The interesting... Mk4 pump has timming mark behind hub for #1 and key way alignment... Also body has casting in it...

Rover pump has casting too... And a 2 digit number... Happens to be close nuff to call #1...

2nd interesting part... Those 3 bolts vw use hit pump body and prevent things from turning... Pay attention to this guys... I took belt off 3 times trying to figure out wtf... Stuff stopped turning by hand.... Sadly... Lines up with #4 ex valve going down like things trying to hit...

I need to get someone to build pump head to block brackets... I need to fab 3 and too point to make one to copy and get them machined... Under fuel lines to the pump bracket...

I actually trimmed up a set of bolts to fit, I never had the original ones. Actually makes me happy to know they don't fit - I bought proper factory bolts for virtually everything else!

I would buy one of those brackets in a heartbeat if you make them. Dibs!

What are the chances that you took pics of these?  The marks are for #1, not TDC?

Very good... Still no internet access to get from camera to web.... And 10gig limited sat service not acceptable to me... I have none vs $100/mo for that...

So may die with me....
