  Yeah, turns out i have an early 1Z valvetrain with my prothe AAZ head. And one bent valve.

  Indeed. But i am experiencing some budget difficulty.
  
  $44 shipped for 1 valve from the UK via rockauto isn't nice, but isn't horrible.
  
  If i can get a used valve on this continent i'll go for it.
