Hi all,

Is there anyone who can do injector pop testing and calibration for an ALH in Calgary area.

Thanks

We need an individual who has a pop tester and is wiling to ship it around to those of us that just need it once.  Any one willing?

We pay shipping and a few bucks for wear and tear?

All the TDIs have two stage injectors - there's not really anything you can do with a pop tester other than inspect the spray pattern.

Most of us just want to replace the nozzles, check the spray pattern and the break pressure and that is it.  Pop tester is still needed.

There are shims and rods that can be changed. Well, according to Bosch rods only. Giles can calibrate them with some snazzy electronics that he has that will show both opening pressures.

I have a OTC pop tester and could check breaking pressure and pattern for a half rack.
