I am inquiring to know how many lb/min of air a stock 1Z/AHU flows so that I can properly pick a turbo charger for it.

The maf on the ahu maxed out pretty early and won't give you the number you're looking for.  The maf on the ALH can read quite a bit higher.  I checked my ALH on the drive home tonight and the maf peaked at 20.4 lb/min.  It peaked around 4000 rpm but it was a little hard watching everything all at the same time so 4000 is a rough estimate.  It will be interesting to see if the number will increase with the next few mods I have.  I have a pd intake, a better SMIC, and a colt stage 2 cam sitting on the shelf.  All mods that should improve breathing.

I`d be super appreciative if you wouldn't mind documenting that for me ;)

20.4 at 4000 is quite near the estimate I have on the turbo calculator.. so it would seem that at 5750 (theoretical red-line, as I wouldn`t go higher..) moves like 33 lb/min.
