looking for installation information for the spare mounted Rabbit/Jetta MK1 fuel tank.  Pictures would be great.  Please contact me with any information that you can give me.  Hayden

CRSMP5  Did you at one time post some instructions here from a new tank that you had that never got installed?  Seems I remember a picture of install instructions on this forum from someone.  Like a year ago?

some one did.. bet 2+ years ago..

but ive seen the plastic one, both steel ones, the caddy 28 gal one.. and my jetta behind seat like audi one.. :D

I pulled these off here awhile back. It is for the 10 gallon (apparently 9.2 gallon) spare tire tank. I was able to zoom in enough to barely read some of it. These pictures are off the net, I don't have any paper instructions with that one Dieseltdi.

That's what I remember.  Thanks for having a better memory than me.  I also suffer from CRS syndrome.  All you youngsters start writing it down now or you will be just like us in 30 yrs.
