It is the one the throttle arm is resting on when at idle.  The second one back next to the engine.  10 mm nut to release, Screw driver to turn in and then Hold the position with the driver and tighten with the wrench.  Might only need a half to three quarters of a turn.

going to replace my lifters tonight, so i will have a chance to see if my pump is indeed off by a tooth. I still think it could use a bit more advance, starts without cold start handle now but barely rattles even when it was 40F this morning. Cant wait to get quiet lifters in this thing!

The oil pressure alarm is connected to the switch on the oil filter flange, so low pressure at the head while having decent pressure right after the pump can easily cause problems like you describe without triggering the alarm.

Ever use RTV on this engine? Always possible there's a plugged supply passage somewhere.
