By brian he means me haha. I guess its time to tell you ryan my real name is Ben and to this day i scratch my head why you ever thought my name was brian. HAH  ;D You almost won though my dad's name is Brian.

I have no clue why I thought it was Brian, but I have it in my phone as Brian. Of course I suck with names super bad so that may be part of it. Sorry about that, my bad. At least I got it to start with the right first letter which is usually closer than I normally get.

Might also be why I hate my family reunions. There are about 100 people who I know their faces and life details, but cant remember their names to save my life.

 ;D

20 t shirts like 12 each... else closer to 20 each for less... why i have not "stock piled" toast shirts for myself... ill do a 20+ order.. just need extra funds.. know how that is...

but no tax/shipping.. i can pick up in person.. next year soggy toast shirts will be needed.. so ill do 5 or so of them.. and 15 or so toast ones.. we will just plan them out for gtd or madness meet..

the more i do the better the price... but i have to cover and prepay for the shirt stock.. more costs less.. then honestly.. its only a few $ per shirt to print them off...

If you are just doing them single color you could get a heat press for like $100 off of craigslist and some t-shirt vinyl and just make them up as needed buying the shirts from walmart. Ours has a pretty good selection of Haynes Beefy Ts in several colors for around $4. I do all of my shop shirts this way and have prototyped a few designs and short runs this way. Another idea on the same line but a digital print is Sthals Direct. http://www.stahls.com/home You can upload your full color design, have them printed and die cut you your shape and the send them to you. They are pretty cheap too, like $.13 a sq inch on some of their stuff. You still have to heat press them on thouh.

Gildan blank tees are what all the big t shirt designers are using nowadays, but they're expensive individually at 8 bucks a T.  But they're tough and preshrunk to boot.  Wholesalers sell them at less than $2.50, though, so if you buy in bulk then I'd still recommend them.  All the Bugout shirts I own are Gildan, and they're tough as a b!tch.

Also I vouch for the quality of Chris' vinyl cuts; have a turtle and evil toast slice hanging in the back window, and they're goooood.  Only gripe I have is that you can tell it's line art, but that's only in the turny bits, and I'm a picky little so-and-so anyway so don't mind me I guess.

I'm a Haynes Beefy Tee guy myself. Like them better the Gildan. But they are like $4 in color, verses the Gildan 2.50. I bought them for my shop when I screen printed the first run of shirts I did. I need to buy more shirts and print them again.

I haven't tried but im sure it could be done easily enough. Or heat press vinyl would probably be easier than screen printing.

Simple. Silk Screening is old technology. Digital printers will print on ANY media.
