Your ISP watches what you download?? And they are against torrenting? (albeit a direct form of piracy)

I would complain.

Torrent based file sharing is often used for pirated items but the fact that something is shared that way doesn't necessarily mean it violates a copyright.

There are a number of free and open source programs that you can download via torrent. It's kind of an unusual way of doing things, but it exists. You can download Ubuntu Linux via torrent for example.

I would call them up and raise hell that say you were downloading some esoteric open-source, community developed operating system used for tuning your ECU or something and that there's nothing illegal about this so WTF... They aren't going to know what ETKA is, they're looking for major Hollywood movies and music.
