Many things we do naturally become difficult only when we try to make them intellectual subjects. It is possible to know so much about a subject that you become ignorant.

a piece of angle w/2 bolts will make a tool like that... or the even neeter one where it opens up like sissors with bolt at each end... his is for 1 thing.. what i say will work on most all cars/pullies that have holes in them... pump, cam.. im shaft..

Works on two things, old Volvo's and apparently VW's ?:)


But yeah I was about to just make a holding tool when I noticed that shining piece of Volvo service glory hanging on my wall and gave it a shot.
Anywhere that sells old Volvo stuff has em, spensive for what it is though.  I was doing enough Volvo service at one time that a hands free tool was
worth having ready-made.  Also, it's shiny.
