setting 2 stage tdi injectors

is it really not possible to set up the w staged injectors with pop up tester, and we need such equipnent like on the pictures, or its possibloe to get accuracy with the original bosch pop up tester (i have the same one like on the picture that is red crossed ... also, from where we buy the adjusting shims and can i have some part numbers? to be honest i am new at this, i have small garage where i work, so i buy some equipment to do the work by myself as we dont have many reputable shops here ... so any help will be greatly appreciated

I have discovered through a lot of researched that rebuilding tdi injectors with a normal bosch pop tester isn't possible or accurate and that is why i passed up buying one at a great price recently.
