MK1 bearing from RBI (PartsPlace)... Ja, I've had it on the shelf for a few years, lol.
No gap between the two inner races - tighten all you want, but there won't be any more preload as we understand it (can't overtighten the bearing... but you can strip the axle). Run it loose for any amount of time and it will open up and damage the seals.
