Wtb t03 turbo, new or newish, or gt15 manifold

Need a new turbo. Mine is shot, totally toasted. I have a gt15 that doesn't fit the manifold. Would like to get a t03 but they look like a unicorn or around 1000 bucks. Would like to not spend another 1000, after everything I've just done. Anyone have a good one lying around? Or a good gt15 manifold that I can buy? I'm in seattle Washington. Thanks for your consideration!!!
