• 01A transmissions are manual.  I think 012 are autos.

  01A trannies are longitudinal manuals..
  
  so are the 012 trannies..
  
  so, it fits a passat, and a few different Audi's
  
  i really dont think you are going to have very good luck selling it here..
  
  like someone else said, try selling them on the Whoretex, or TDIclub, because you will probably have better luck..
