Help me out with a measuring tape!

Hey, I need some more help from someone with a camera

Can I get a good picture of a mk2 Golf/Jetta radiator support fitted onto a complete car?
I need to see which of the original holes can be welded shut and which not!

Also a picture of the hood latch cable attachment would be useful.

(Disregard the rusty screw on the far right, I discovered it was stray hardware that fell in the hole.)

Can someone tell me what the holes in the ends of the rad support are for - the round, ~18mm holes that are right next to the rubber stops?

never seen anything in or mounted to those holes.. may just be access holes for something else..
