Yay its summer. Well not yet but the nice weather is starting.
I got these mirrors but im not real happy. They need to be more cut off or angular or chunky or somethin. Rounded nice for a mk3imo tho. Ill get some red matched up and paint em
My cousin played with some filtering. It was dirty
This is unfiltered as in pure sooty.
Id kill for a set of nos rear mudflaps. Just FYI
Haha gotta love it. A mig welder and a plasma cutter and a mk3 exhaust plus a ton of mk1 flares and interior bits
Thanks jen for washing it as i left u hangin on a parts run
. Salute.
Anyways,
We went for a drive. Not me driving, see above pic.

I'd leave black. They fit with the rest of the car just fine.

Yea the orig was black. If im pickin nits id want em less glossy. I probably won't paint them for a while anyways. There's always other stuff to do like fix the drivers worn door hinges and replace the automatic opening drivers window. I suspect the regulator is shot and when you open it an inch it rolls itself down

A few weeks ago, i put a new window regulator in the drivers side door. The only people that have ever been in there are my dad and me. I dont think i had the door panel off for any reason when i first got it.
And i think the only time he has been in there is to jumper out the seat belt interlock or lube up the window track.
Hey dad, i found your screwdriver thats been missing for the last 10 or 15 years

Looks like it stopped rolling long ago when it rusted to the bottom.

If they made a Golf the middle door would have only been half as long and wouldn't have opened at all.

That's my work truck. 03 Mitsubishi fuso fg 4wd. It rides like a brick but when the chips are down it gets it done.
We we t to a couplea shows this weekend: deutsche classic in oley pa and mk1 madness at maple grove raceway in pa.
I scored major at the swap meet at deutsche
There was so much dope shizz there too.
Moar
Wow this is the 10th speedster. A 54.
Hey I know that guy!!!
And we cruised.
And cruised a little more.
I probably did about 400 miles this weekend.
Then when my bud drove it he did a kraut fly by.
http://youtu.be/zgkpaB3tyRs
And we made noise and some smoke. I turned it down some.
