FOUND: 1.9 D shaped intake for a 1.6TD without the blowoff cast into it

I was wondering if anyone would like to trade a 1.6TD intake to me for my 1.9 D shaped one. I am looking for the one with no overboost protection cast into it.

Let me know what you have or if you would rather money. One on the Tex for 30.00 shipped, but I would rather trade.

You want an 1.6ECOdiesel intake.  Those are the only 1.6 ones that didn't have the BOV casting.  I'm not sure which turbo you're using, but just an FYI, you need to clearance some if fitting a T3 or K24 with them.

I am going to make an intake with some runners that will still fit a T3 mounted in the stock location. Worst case I will do it with the 1.9 intake but I will weld up the D shaped ports to oval so the incoming air won't hit the head casting. I guess the way I could do it doesn't really matter if it has that on it or not, I just don't want to have to deal with it if I didn't have to.

I would take either TD mani, with or without the overboost cast into it.

ecodiesel manifold is what you want. actually, IIRC, all the later TDs had the BOV removed..

i simply cut mine off and welded a plate over it..

BTW.. my dual plane works ***IN..
