cylinders may be oval. How many kms on the engine?
pistons can oval :?: never heard of it
she pushing 334,000 mile dont know what that is in kms
guessing its original and not rebuilt
At 300K miles +, the bore could certainly have worn oval. How is oil consumption? If you're not burning a lot of oil then it's probably ok.
over time it would become somewhat oval due to the design of the combustion engine and the way the con rods and crankshaft apply force to the piston. the force applied creates friction from front and rear sides of the piston wall in relation to the engine, but not side to side. the only fix for this is a bore.
if compression is ok then who cares though
