difference in crankshaft vbelt pulleys

my na motor has stamped steel pulleys the eco motor I have has a cast aluminum unit. any special reason for the difference?

later engines got harmonic balancers.. the cast unit is a harmonic balancer. the pressed one is not..

Turbo: exhaust gasses go into the turbocharger and spin it, witchcraft happens and you go faster.
