ive got an 86 Audi Coupe GT that i just purchased, and its not ready for a diesel YET, but i figured a better exhaust manifold setup would be worth it for now, provided that i can actually find one, and its not almost as much as the car..
it would be way cool to get a header for it, but ive never seen or heard of one..
i know this is kinda a weird request, but i know you guys would keep something that rare, around for a while, and not just scrap it..

all the 4k quattros i know of, all have turbos..
Will keep my eyes open, I see a ton of those around here still at the junkyard... how much would you want to pay for it?

Factory turbo 4000's were not sold in North America so most likely people just swapped mc1's into them which is a very straightforward swap afaik.
That said why not turbo your cgt? You could probably do it with bolt on factory parts and a few tweeks to the CIS? Then when it blows up swap a diesel in?

i wanna turbo it, just found a whole 5000 turbo kit. but i cant afford it. im having a hard enough time paying the car off..
its gonna be alot easier to find a triple downpipe, than it is to turbo this one. its got cis-e also, and not the CIS-lambda.. so i dont think its gonna be as easy to turbo as the old ones.. engine is the low compression model tho
