PD130 means the intake is from a 1.9TDI 130hp engine, has nothing to do with the part number or direction. The PD130 intakes facing towards the driver side comes from longitudinally mounted engines, the transverse mounted PD130/PD150 engines has the intake pointing towards the passenger side.
That looks like an NA D24 manifold, but the D20 man probably is identical once you chop off the extra leg.

My manifold, whether it is a 150 or 130 has a 2.25" bore were the racepipe adaptor fits onto it. Im not to sure If they came with different size bores between the 130 or 150?Maybe that would be some good info to round up for the FAQ
