Free 14x5 steelies (update)
« on: February 09, 2006, 11:24:44 pm »
UPDATED - I guess I should have looked at them better - turns ou they're 14x5's, not 13 x 6.  I don't know where I got the original from - they've been sitting behind the shop for about a year, and in my head I just thought that they were 13's.

I have a set of 4 black steel wheels, 14x5  Some very minor surface rust from sitting outside.  I've got a 1.5, and I realized that these are too wide for my skinny little 155 tires.  Free to anyone who ca use them - Anacortes, WA - zip 98221.

Greg

Darn.  Wish I had a trip to WA planned to pick these up...  I could use some winter snow tire rims for the GTI.  Oh well, looks like BlackTieTD called first dibs.

would probably be better for greg if someone local picked them up so he doesn't have to ship them........but here's to hoping!

i'd run a set of spare snowflakes on the GTI in winter... you can get a set with peeling clear for a good price, and it IS a GTI after all!
