FS: 95 Golf TD - Reduced Price - Sold
« on: December 02, 2005, 07:18:22 pm »
I have a 95 Golf TD (IDI) for sale, here is the information:

Sequoia Green
335,000 km (odo says 215, but was changed at 120)
K&N Panel Filter
Alloy wheels - Orlando's (tires worn out)
Steel Wheels - with Nordic Icetracs (currently on)
Pioneer 4X50W CD Head Unit
Redline MT90 in the tranny.
New Downpipe
New Rad 2 years ago.
New KYB rear shocks.
Crank pulley had a dowel put in to stop the infamous bolt problem.

My daily driver. Reason for selling - I used to live in St. Thomas and commute to Chatham (115 km each way). I only live about 10 km from work now. I don't really need the diesel mileage and would like to get something newer.

Approx. 900 km on the highway per Tank

The Bad:
Rust - In the normal spots. Hatch is bad. I have done touch up work to keep it at bay, but I am no expert. Pictures are from 2 years ago and the rust is worse now.
Right front CV joint has started clicking.
Air Conditioning not working - Leak in evaporator.

Edit - Sold

Check the EPA website, but I am pretty sure it can only be imported as parts.

i posted a link to the EPA site that talks about this in Malone's thread where he was selling the MK2 jetta coupe...

It actually didn't look too bad!

Or who would I check with locally to find out how to do it?  The title bureau?
