I was at Vince Waldon's website and reading the injector rebuild.  I started to clean up the "printable version" for safe keeping.

Here it is in PDF format, large pictures, none of the pictures are broken over multiple pages.  It is ready to be printed if you so choose.

Thanks Eric,  Just came up with an issue on one of my injectors.  Was nice to know how the come apart and what I might be looking for in the way of problems. 
Still don't know why mine was clacking so horrible.
