My 91 not so Eco Diesel
« on: February 18, 2013, 03:22:33 pm »
I'm bored, so i decided to throw my incredibly generic Eco diesel up for your brief viewing..enjoy  :P

I call it the not so eco diesel because i have removed the catalytic converter, installed a tach, recaro interior, and am in the process of aquiring a turbo pump. 171k on it, not a spot of rust, koni yellows on neuspeed sport springs, borbet type h's wrapped in kumho ectas rubber.

Does the air work? :) I love vintage cars with working AIR, way cool.

Could blast the air for the whole tank of fuel and drop a few mpgs down to what 40mpg? WHOECARES! LMAO

Sweet looking ride bro.

unfortunately it doesnt, everything is there and the compressor will kick on for a second then back off due to no refrigerant. Nobody services R12 anymore and i cant be bothered to convert it to 134. Im on my motorcycle if its hot enough to justify the AC anyways so oh well  ;D

i had it up for 3250, but if it goes up for sale again, the price will be higher, as i have a few small things to fix as well as just overall polish everything up

You guys sell different from what we do around here.

If someone has asking price ready to deal, then we deal.

No, I think he means.. if you put it up for sale and a guy shows up with asking price in hand, it is his to leave with.

You cannot haggle up your own asking price..

I cannot think of the word to describe the situation.

oh, i didnt mean that i was going to haggle up the price, i meant i removed the listing, have a few things to fix/straighten out, and if i decide to sell it it will be relisted for a slightly higher price.

I wouldn't sell it. Its a clean Mk2 TD with nice seats. Reliable. No car payment. Easy to fix, fun to mod. Just my two cents.
