my guess for you would be signal relay or glow plug relay.

By this way, I would say the glow plug relay. The engine even takes a little bit longer to start than normal, when this sh*tty buzz sounds!  :wink:

Also it doesn't sound as a turn signal "beep"!
"signal relay" - is the turner lights (blinkers) relay is that?

ya, turn signal, signal relay, blinkers......all the same  

my signal relay made a weird noise too... not like the clicking it normally makes, more like a buzz.

either way, try to find those two relays and pull them 1 at a time, see if the buzz goes away. do you have a bentley manual or diagram of the relays for your car? sometimes the names are printed on the fuseblock.
