The Bentley manual says to replace the turbo mounting bolts each time they are removed. I have a 1997 AAZ with a K03.
Does anyone have a part number or know what type of bolt they are? They have a 12 point head.
I got a new K03, genuine borg-warner, and have started torqueing (according to Bentley specs) the oil return line bolts. The gasket is getting super smashed and has sheared off the outside bits that extend past the flange. Is this right? I'm worried that the same is happening on the inside of the flange and I'll get a piece of gasket blocking the return flow.
