Thanks for the link Jerry. I forgot about what I did (which was not very extensive) when I worked on that relay 111 back when I had the dead battery problem. I just went through the whole rad fan circuit, cleaned and tested every connection and made sure all 3 speeds work.
Relay 111 (2nd speed in the diag) is the medium speed , Relay 98 is the high speed fan (3rd speed in the diag). Both relays are on the fire wall. The 50 amp fuse is on relay 111's block and was blown. Since I didn't have a replacement fuse, I hammered flat a piece of plumber's solder and made a temporary fuse. It works fine and if it continue to work fine, it willl become a permanant fuse.

The AC relay (@ fuse relay panel with 8 pins) stopped working, that's why turning the AC on didn't turn the fans on (low speed) anymore. I took the relay cover off, resoldered the PC board and it works again.

I will be hooking up a switch to manually turn the rad fan on high speed, it's easy to do by connecting relay 98's coil wire (small red blk wire) to +12v.
