Don't you have any problems with running 27-30psi with this small turbo? Isn't engine getting hot? What other mods have you done?

The engine is running between 70 and 80 in town and even lower on the highway. The fueling screw is turned about 1/4 of a turn for this winter.
I was very impressed of how much this little beast is able to handle. I should install an intercooler soon, but Im missing time so I watch my right foot for the moment ;) I burn approximatly 6.8-7.0 liter/100km.

Like me

My wastegate actuator is stuck. I run 25 PSI with an intercooler.

The problem I have is the fuel pump, it's self destructing by the inside.

Well, mine is running 17 psi without a boost bleed. Seems high, considering all I have done so far is turn in the fuel screw and trim abit off of the spring in the top cap to soften it up a bit.  When I get my egt gauge and get the car on the road I WILL be turning it up more. I also have a small intercooler off of a turbo sprint I will be installing under the hood too.  The best part is a buddy of mine has a '96 that will only run 11 psi right now and he thinks it's a weapon.  (little does he know  )
