OK Ivan since you won't respond to PM's I'll make it public .... I'm not going to berate you on your bad business practices because it does not seem to influence your behaviour anyway....here's the deal...you send me the missing bracket and $150 USD (us dollars) via paypal and I'll drop the paypal claim against your account....I will not drop the claim until both conditions are met....I believe this is more than fair seeing as how I have to use my valuable time researching the conversion procedure and then performing it ....let me know how you want to proceed

At least you have a turbo in your possession.  Hopefully he'll work things out in a timely fashion.  Unfortunately the paypal refund system takes a bunch of time.

while this was not the most satisfactory transaction I believe it will work out in the end.... this is also the second time I've bought something from Ivan.... it seems that his history selling items on here and elsewhere is very hit and miss.... caveat emptor!!

If you're both satisfied then it was a good trade.
