I put some inexpensive coil-overs on my 1990 jetta, and with the stock wheels and tires they were fine. Then I got a killer deal on some 17's, which I couldn't crank the coilovers high enough for my taste. Unfortunately I chucked my worn out stock suspension pieces. I would like to find a complete set, front and rear, for cheap to just try them and see if that's what I really want. If you have some, respond, and where shipping from.
