Audi 5000 Relay Panel Adapter Location

Does anyone here know the location of the "relay panel adapter" on an '82 Audi 5000? It must be under the dash, because the manual says it has a buzzer mounted to it, but I don't see it.

FYI: it is under the cardboard shelf under the dash just above your left foot. The under dash cardboard and its little tray need to come out to access the the oil light control module.
