Hydro or mech 1.6TD in 200hp+ build?

Hi,
Pros and Cons going for hydro or mech lifter 1.6TD in a 200hp+ build?
I have a A1/mk1 GTD with a CY mech engine, but I've only worked on the hydro lifter versions before.
One big pro for the hydro is off course that one can use off the shelf AAZ head gasked.
What about cooling?

hydro aaz head haha, or if u can convert an aaz head to solid lifters do it, and that will be the more powerful setup but not by much, i'd say just use which ever you have or which ever is cheaper for you

I know the power difference due to lifters is minimal, I just wondered if there is other differences that should be taken into consideration.
200hp in 1.6TD will cost BIG bucks, I know that. Built and been involved on several cars between 90-110whp, and that is propably the turning point for the bang-for-the-buck factor, where it heads of to the moon....
It's just my curiosity to try an ultra modern turbo like a GTB2056VK on an old school prechamber diesel engine that has to be satisfied

1,9 head might be a little easier to start with, so go for hydraulic 1,6. Or go with all 1,9, easier with bigger engine. If you want mech lifters, you can change those in hydr head. I used Nissan diesel lifters, these are drop in.

Can't use the AAZ head on 1.6 cause I live in Norway, need it to start even if it is below freezing.
Won't go the 1,9 way either because I don't like the heavy bottom end and bigger stroke/bore ratio. It doesn't rev as freely.
