New Kolbenschmidt Piston Pin Bushings .010 Undersize?

Ordered some new pin bushings and found that the bore is .010" smaller than stock... The bushings are also not brass and are not seamless.  I was hoping to put the bushing in some soft jaws in the lathe and lightly open it up with emery if were maybe a couple thou.  This seems to be an excessive amount of material left which has me wondering if they are for another pin size..

It don't sound right from reading it.
Maybe contact forum member Myke_W on here.
He builds a lot of these engines and uses a lot of Kschmidt, i'm pretty sure.
