Heard that, nowhere is cheap.  I think I might just go ahead and get a pretty good paint job, figure these things are getting pretty rare, may as well get it lookin good.  The place I work gets a lot of cars done at european autoworks, I'll see what kinda deal he'll work out with me.

I am sooooo glad my dad taught me two things about the garage.  How to fix the car and how to paint it when you're done.  I think most of us would do well to have the compressor in the corner doing more than just running the air tools.  I love those HVLP guns.  Dad was an old lacquer man and when I repainted my 1980 F150 I was on the bottom rung of the learning ladder with the new BC CC stuff.  But they are pretty easy to work with.  Really.

Actually dad taught me third thing about garages that was pretty important now that I remembered.  The fridge is where we keep the beer cold.
