Most of what I have left: MK3 Golf (GTA)
« on: August 02, 2010, 01:22:28 pm »
Well it's finally time to put up most of the last remaining parts from my MK3 Golf.

All prices listed are only a starting point, shoot me your best offer. Prices are the same regardless of which side of the border you're on. However, Canadians can pay in CAD or US dollars, Americans and international only in US. Shipping is extra as in insurance.

Local pickup is fine with me in the GTA.

1.9TD cam and sprocket. Fair condition, several deep grooves. I personally wouldn't run it unless it was all I had. Good candidate for a performance regrind perhaps. $30.

1.9TD 4 bolt exhaust manifold. $40

90 amp alternator used ~1 year and 8000km. $80

3 1.9TD pistons and rods. $25 each

T2 turbo, some shaft play, don't have the wastegate block off plate for it. $150

Garrett turbo, nearly new. Serial number shows it being from a Euro make (Renault or Fiat can't remember) $200

MK3 sunroof motor, switch with interior lights and cover, $30

KYB GR2 shocks/struts, H&R 1.5" drop springs and top bearing. 15k km on fronts, 35k km on the rears. $400.

AAZ cluster, everything was working when removed the last time a drove the car 6-7 months ago. Odometer shows ~285,???km. $50

Whatever this thing is????? Part of the vacuum locking system. Have both sides of the styrofoam case. $15

Bunch of misc interior items, $3 each.

Coolant distribution pipe. Not sure what it fits, found it in the truck of a parts car that I had. $15

Tail lights $30 for both.

4 Michelin Destiny's 185/65R14 3 mounted 1 needs a rim. 80-90% tread remaining. $250

4 Michelin Arctic Alpin 195/60R14. All 4 mounted, 60-70% tread remaining. $300

VNT15 from a 2003 TDI. Bought the engine off someone parting out his dads car. Only heard it run/idle for a few minutes. Had 320k km on it
when removed. Most likely needs a rebuild but it was driven by an old man so it may have some life left. $250.

That's it for the pictures, I still have 2 AAZ blocks, cranks, 4 piston/rod combo's, oil pans, intermediate shaft, etc.
Also have a mostly complete TDI engine and 5 speed trans. Planning on keeping the head for myself but everything else is for sale.

I can get more pictures of anything I have, please PM me and be sure to include your email address.

You have a pm about the coolant pipe 8) I'm not really sure where it goes but it came as part of my turbo upgrade package and mine is pretty rusty. Anyone know exactly what it is?

It's off of a TD car, I can tell that. The AAZ ones are a bit different then the 16 ones because of the block height difference but you can make it work

PM sent

It wraps all the way around half the engine.
Starts by connecting at water pump, the first nipple connects a hose to oil cooler, the second nipple connects hose from expansion tank, the end connects to hose coming out of heater core. Its a return distribution pipe.

Also used on Non-TD by plugging the first nipple.

You can buy the pipe, and the nipple plug (NA use) - New, from worldpac dealers. I bought a new one for the 81 TDTruck.
CarQuest has worldpac now (they bought it), as well as egermanparts.com carries it.

eGermanparts.com is about $22 plus ship on the pipe.
I paid like 13 with my Cquest connection.

Worldpac # G202751119M (meyle)

I'm going to have to pass on the pipe :-[  Sorry but shipping is the killer for me down here in SC. My local store had it for $25 shipped free to their store. At least you know what it is now. A coolant distribution pipe ;D
