Clean, good condition. Great design, long runners, even airflow to all cylinders. This is an extra. I have one on my car and it works great.  Paypal accepted. Questions? Just let me know, thanks for looking.

What improvements have you noticed since swapping out the factory intake?  Are you running this on an NA or TD diesel?

you dont get the really bad cylinder biasing like you do from the stock TD manifold. you usually run gasser intakes on turbo engines. the longer tapered runners are great for low end torque, and they play surprisingly well with boost. on a n/a, i dont think it would be worth the effort to fit one. the stock air box flows way good enough for a n/a, its the air box lid and tiny intake snorkel that holds it back.

great benefit on a TD engine, big gains in low end.
not so much gain on a n/a engine.

This would be a huge gain over a stock N/a mk1 intake manifold. You will know what i mean if you have ever looked in one. its got tiny runners and it has a very restrictive flow. However Mk2's have a very good stock intake (N/a) and wouldn't benefit too much from this one.. i wouldn't think

the intake runners on all my mk1 n/a manifolds are almost as big as the ports on the gasser intake. not enough of a difference to call one set of ports tiny and the other set of ports not tiny.. mk1 diesel manifolds actually flow pretty damn good already. looked to me like the mk2 manifold is more restrictive because of those stupid little plastic velocity stack setups. like i said, the air box lid is more restrictive than the manifold..

This is my mk2 manifold, what mk1 is as non-restrictive as that?

this is my mk1 mani as well, those lumps are the runners. They run from the very top of the mani all the way down the back, the air has to make two 90's before making it to the runner, where it then does a very long run to the head. good for torque.. but in comparison much more restrictive compared to the mk2.

Not only that but there oval shape and at least half the size at the ports..

Just went an checked my parts pile, and lo and behold, a G60 intake! I had no idea until now what it was off. Got it with a pile of Fox parts. Cool!

thats different from the mk2 air boxes ive seen. usually they have a big velocity stack section where the ports are on yours. probably a canadian thing.

if you compare the port sizes on the manifolds, side by side, the mk1 diesel manifold is not as bad as it looks. trust me. i do admit its bigger, but not LOTS BIGGER like you make it sound.

its not that its a ton bigger, its that its gotta make two 90's before it makes it to the engine

its actually kinda a sweeping 180* bend. and the gasser intakes are designed the EXACT SAME WAY. no sharp bends on either manifold. the mk1 diesel manifold actually has a little radius to the top edge of the ports. and i know that the radiused edge is good for air flow. and uh, jeremy, what is more of a performance draw back? the intake manifolds? or our severely mis-designed intake ports that are damn near a right angle? hahaha...

haha i dunno man, the whole engine is flawed :P

but nonetheless the mk2 is probably less restrictive than the mk1. ;)
