1.6 td bottom end rebuild

My engine died, they did a leakdown test and determined the bottom end needs a rebuild. I have an IC, Giles Pump, and 2.5 in exhaust setup right now - are there any special bottom end parts to buy/things to do while rebuilding for best performance when done? And can anyone recommend where I should get my rebuild kit from? Thanks!
