How fast have you gone in your mk4 tdi?

Hey guys, just wondering how fast you have gotten your Mk4 TDI's up to? How much boost your running and any other mods you got done? And also...how many little fart can hondas/toyotas you've smoked out?

To start things off, I've gotten mine up to 160 in 5th..bone stock....not for long :)

I went for a spin a week ago in a MK4 TDI 5 Speed, Modified Auto pump, Auto Injectors, Software mode, 2.5inch exhaust.

180 in 4th at 4500RPM. put it in 5th and it would still haul hard.

At a complete stop put it in first and let the clutch out for the car starts going, once the clutch is fully out floor it, takes a second or 2 for it to kick in. Spun completely threw first, into second, and shurpped the tires in 3rd. On the second attempt when the we hit second it snapped an axel lol.

140mph. 225kph

on track obviously, because speeding is bad.

Hi All,

Great site so far.

mk4 tdi sport. 198k with lots more pull. If I had a 6spd box I could have done even more.

Further than my speedo would go. I would guess 145-150mph. Speedo was straight down. I have a drw 6 speed but did not hit 6th until 135ish.
This was with a 180hp set up running 28psi.

So bone stock then your not talking mph.

170 in 5th and still pullin, then ran out of road lol

CATLIN!!! lol and None...I used a downhilll to get my speed up but she held it going over the next hill...Left my dad in the minivan sitting on the highway lol

1990 VW jetta 1.6 td, 2.5" exhaust, no muffler, governor mod 2010 edition, K&N filter. and now 66 hp and 136 ftlbs.
project 1.6 liter in the works  :)

No, that was on the 7th line of Innisfil, the road that turns into that windy tree'd section lol. Well have to see shat it does on Mach out road soon.
