So besides the "up-pipe", what supports are used for the big turbo? A couple support brackets or something?
Nice work on that girdle!I have been working on a similar thing. But I ran in to this problem, the main crank bearing lost its shape. The holes for the crank in the block got oval (not round..) they lost 0.1mm vertical, and increased in diameter 0.1mm horisontal. This vertical can easily be linehoned (grinded). But the problem is that because it got wider the bearings wont sit just right. How hard did you torque it down? I followed the bentley manual..65nm + 1/4 rev
