A couple of suggestions if you can't find anyone locally:
In the States: these guys in Portland Oregon seem to best reputation on tdiclub.com... guys from all over the lower 48 ship their injectors and pumps there:

However, just a bit north of you in the Great White North are these guys:
http://www.performancediesel.ca/They do injectors (and have been known to do the odd pump as well
).
