The timing spec should match whatever injectors you use regardless of which 1.6 pump is used. In other words if you use 130 bar injectors, time to the n/a spec. If you use 155 bar injectors, time to the TD spec. Whether it's a 1.6 n/a pump or a 1.6TD pump doesn't affect that. I'd stick with the 130 bar injectors and time it to the n/a spec.
yup. the car most likely won't move. I just want to bolt it on there, and get an idea of the condition of the pump, which was advertised to me as a unit that was removed from a running td that the owner stripped one of the head bolt holes in the block, and scrapped it. hey rabbit on roids. you got any extra pump sprockets kickin around?
