Hey thanks, I might have to try that one a' these days.
'82 Rabbit, I put on a euro vnt-15, 2.25" DP, 2.5" exhaust, the result.....it whistled.

I removed the turbo, made a toilet bowl 2.5" DP, the result....it was deafening. Now it has a homemade muffler up front and a thrush in the rear, the result.....less loud.

I did it on my old vw, as well as made brass relay shaft bushings..  Amazing!!   Never got around to doing it to this car, but I may have just stumbled into some off the shelf door hinge bushings that should fit like a glove according to the measurements... Not sure if they will be as hard as a valve guide...
