• Any of Saskatoon's Coles or Indigo stores might be able to get it for you thru their main Chapters warehouse... Chapters carries lots of Bentley service manuals and many of the Bosch yellow jackets as well.
  
  Or you could order it directly thru a VW dealer, since it's the official service manual.
  
  Otherwise you're pretty much stuck with on-line... Amazon.ca ships from Toronto and is probably as safe as you'll ever find.

• ISBN is 0-8376-0366-8  that should help you get a price from Chapters/Indigo/Coles.
  
  VW Part No. on the back of the book is LPV 800 116, they might have a fair price on it.
