Just bought some of this on the weekend, I've used the really good stuff before (can't remember the name) but I was also wondering if this canadian tire stuff works.  Last winter in Calgary I didn't use any conditioner and not once did I have a problem starting but this winter I think I will use it just as a precaution because I rely on my car to go to school everyday now.

I've used it a couple times, but I normally don't use any conditioner and have never had any gelling problems even in -30C weather.
